Judges and Elected Officials are NOT ABOVE THE LAW!

Louisiana Judge refused to marry a Biracial couple . This is another case of Judges, D.A.'s and Elected Officials acting outside the law because they feel they have immunity and can pick and choose which laws they execute, or prosecute and which laws they themselves will viloate such as denying his Judicial service to conduct the marriage ceremony of a biracial couple in Louisiana in 2009!

Ed Week Teacher Beat regarding NCLB and Teachers' Rights

The dangers with the No Child Left Behind act are clearly being felt in Detroit. In the creation centralized school control, teachers are often casualties of a school system's failure.
