LCAP require Community Input ! Santa Clara Unified School District Needs to Be Transparent with All Budgets

LCAP Budgets should mean Open Transparent Input from the Local Community but it is not Transparent at Santa Clara Unified School District. Rather the budget input is very MURKY and the DELAC input did not include all schools voice.
